What is a HSTS Grant?
The Vinton County Commissioners has successfully applied and been awarded funds from the Ohio EPA to assist income eligible homeowners to address necessary repairs to their failing septic systems or possibly the abandonment and replacement of the complete system.
Homeowners whose gross income meets the United States Department of Health and Human Services Poverty Guidelines and local government guidelines, may be eligible to receive principal forgiveness funding associated with construction costs to repair, alter, or replace their failing septic system.
